On a hiatus from yoga.
Tried this weighted stretching…ends up being about 2/week as he said.
For now just walking into down dog (not too far) and back up.
Seems to be helping quite a lot. If I get to a “textbook” down dog, that would be my most flexible state so far
Also working toward “Asian squat”…not sure I can get a flat back in it.
