more or less, skip to about 41:50 and watch about 30s if you like.

TL;DW: if you can work up to (with various sequences to get there) full "Asian squat" while holding some light weights, squat down in a vertical line - no leaning forward - you have good spine, hamstring, ankle mobility to "live life".

Seems to be based on power lifting's clean and jerk, but for normal people to have functional strength and mobility.
