Been following his exercises for some knee rehab. Great stuff. Super easy to follow. Scales down to grandmas/grandpas. Scales up to helping the most elite level pro athletes. A lot of what he did was look at what pros had the most longevity and reverse engineered why vs. why he had "old man" knees as a HS athlete, couldn't dunk, ran slowly, etc..

In THEORY, in IMA, we already do the "prehab" and jibengong so these muscles and tendons and ligaments are strong. but in practice, things could be lacking/failing for various reasons. Plus he puts in simple, isolated, measurable standards, so there is a progression from basic (no pain) at bodyweight to adding load to build up strength to "standards" (elite level of mobility/athletic attributes). Really only a few key exercises, maybe 7 total. Random, out of context video example here:
