probably chapter on AGI (47:00ish) is one of the more interesting parts.

they debate if GPT4 is already an AGI (no according to Altman, seems like it according to Fridman), and if there will be a slow takeoff or fast takeoff to AGI and when does it start.

of course many more interesting Q&A, but it is a long-ass podcast.
amateur practices til gets right pro til can't get wrong
/ better approx answer to right q than exact answer to wrong q which can be made precise /
