(dietary) supplements

slow news day around here. yeah yeah yeah it's expensive pee, placebos, and first eat your veggies and drink clean water and breathe clean air, but any supplements you find helpful and willing to talk about?

my doc said to take some vitamin D (notice a difference in my labs, not in actual life). also find green tea, fiber, garlic especially helpful.

I take:

1.000mg EPA 500mg DHA Omega3 fish oil capsules

20.000 IU D3 and 200ug K2

Zinc

A highly dosed VIT B12 complex

And a teaspoon of VIT C powder here and there if I feel like I'm missing something

400mg mix of magnesium, citrate and oxide, before bed

Everything except for VIT C is daily, but I'm gonna take that daily now too. A full teaspoon of VIT C results in a bit of a upset stomach, so maybe a half one each day

sometimes you can hear far away bells in te moves...:)
btw, cordyceps was priced like gold in ancient China, and was harvested only in Tibet,
now, is planted around the word .
Suppose, that is not so potent like Tibetan.

I eat a can of sardines for lunch (and often for dinner) almost every day -- no need for any supplements, D in particular, and no worries about absorption, overdosing, overpaying, etc. FWIW

aaaa, I just recall my personal experience with a cod liver. It is very fat and tasty, and definitely full of D vit.,you can get it canned in the marked.
Unfortunately, liver collect lot of industrial shit dissolved in the oceans water, it is still tasty,
but
if your internals are nuff clean - you can fill it .

speakin` about >industrial shit< - heard the news, that whole industrial/technological mass produced by our race exceeds whole biological weight of the Earth,
well
time to packing...

Well, the only food that's guaranteed not to have any unknown ingredients is the one you grow yourself, and with fish that's almost impossible even if one had the resources/time/money to do so (which I don't)

Been getting these at Costco for many years now, FWIW

If I may give advice - eat spring water fish like trout or from the lakes , there is plenty different, tasty species.
