basically, wake up, get some exercise, get some sunshine outside, delay 90 minutes before getting caffeine, fast til midday. will set up correct hormone cycles, avoid afternoon crash, be able to fall asleep and get good sleep at night, etc.

amateur practices til gets right pro til can't get wrong
