Big library, fake books

China has this huge library, claiming 1.2 million books.
It's very pretty. All the pictures though it looks like 99% of the shelf space is just pictures of books and not really books.

not library, but the xinhua bookstore in my former hometown Dalian is 5 floors, each floor huge and of course full of real books.
Huge to small bookstores are found in all cities around China, the smaller privatly owned are usually quite cool with tea- room and similar. And oftentimes bookstores kind of work as library where one can sit down to have a read.
i havent been to any real libraries here in China, but one of the universities new library in my new ”hometown” is said to be quite something.
