What are you reading?

Rum, beer, movies, nice websites, gaming, etc., without interrupting the flow of martial threads.

national geographic "the other humans" -neanderthals revealed. pretty interesting. hey, as an aside, they shut down the large fucking hadron cocksucking collider today because of a helium leak. they won't be creating any mini black holes that will suck up the earth just yet.

The Unreasoning Mask

"Listed in David Pringle's Top 100 Science Fiction books of all time."

Sounds interesting. Trouble is there are too many books and not enough time.....

Oh yeah, I hear you. I am trying to alternate between fiction and non-fiction. It is hard: I am a big sci-fi lover. I bought some Dan Simmons books that I plan to read (Illium, Olympos and The Terror). Then my cousin gave me for my birthday a bunch of Robert A. Heinlein books (Stranger in a Strange Land, The Cat Who Walked Through Walls and some others).

The thing is that I want to savor each of these books, so I am enjoying taking my time to start reading them. It's like the wait and expectancy are half the fun.

Then I have some other sci-fi books and non sci-fi that I plan on reading AND I want to re-read some of the stuff I already have (Sun Tzu, Lao Tzu, The Hyperion Saga etc). All this on top of work, training, family and other obligations, so it will probably take a while.
