I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.

I only have one person on ignore. He's not even on this forum, but on KFM. There are entire forums I purposely avoid. Funny, seems the only person I ever put on Ignore moderates one of the forums I intentionally avoid.The rest of the people just don't piss me off enough to actually put on ignore.
