I remember my first Halloween in Florida. It was pretty much the first time I'd been trick or treating off of a military base, ever, and I found all kinds of interesting things in my goodie-bag at the end of the night.
A sweet and salty nut cluster - Tossed
A candy apple - Tossed
A "Village People" trading card - Wish I still had that damn thing, lol
and a Jack Chick Tract explaining why Halloween and the occult was the devil's work, which coincidentally sparked my lifelong interest in occult philosophy.
Somebody recently sent me a link to a blog that was discussing the most offensive Chick Tract ever, which concerned a guy who beat and molested his daughter and stuff and then goes to heaven after accepting Jesus on his deathbed or something, so I figured I'd go check out the Jack Chick website and pull out a few gems to help educate those who may not have run across Mr. Chick's work before.
Such as his explanation of dinosaurs...
Or Freemasonry...
He's even recently taken to adapting some of his work to appeal to Black Audiences
And the latest and greatest...
