Ugh.. we've been in the triple digits all week with no break in sight. I frackin hate summer. I walk down the street to mail a letter, and before I get to the end I'm sweating like Ron Jeremy and it feels like my skin is on fire. Plus hot weather = hot tempers, meaning that ppl are more inclined to be cranky, listless and overall a-holes when it's hot.
Give me the cold anytime. Days like this make me miss Oregon in november, when it's 65 knot winds and raining sideways.

Yeah, we've been hitting 101 here the past few days.
I'm with Meeks though, I prefer heat to cold.
You should go swimming to cool off, I went yesterday and it felt great.

i got some pictures of the fire on san bruno mountain last night. fortunately the wind was blowing away from our place. it was pretty crazy, though.

I loved Arizona heat. It's the low humidity. As long as I drank a lot of water I was fine (you don't even know you're sweating because it evaporates immediately). The East Coast has hot, humid summers anywhere south of Maine, and once that humidity rises above 50% the heat becomes oppressive.
