full sets of ashtanga sun salutations with dozens of downward and upward dog, chataranaga pushups, heels to the heavens, in between and moving postures all the way through to warrior 3 and back again over a 45 minute period followed by a 45 minute period of balance postures. Now that's a yoga session! Fuck you up the first few times and after that, you are addicted! It's true.
