Brian told me in Chat the other day that he filed for Dever's trade mark "Emptyflower" back in February.

That's stupid, and he won't be succesful. I guess it's just saber-rattling, so that he doesn't get sued himself.

Well, guess what, -- it is not just "saber-rattling", he WAS successful, he ACTUALLY DID IT.

I'll let people judge the morality of that act for themselves.

Yes, 100% correct.

*edit* -- oh wow, it's not there anymore, eh?! Just a couple weeks ago when I searched here it showed that "emptyflower" was registered to Brian Phillips, with registration date in November, IIRC. I guess he withdrew it or something?[]
