I can recognize that Wang Bao Qiang is a ancient and unique art, but I am not sure of its effectiveness. I had seen the clip of Li Zhengdu performing quite some time ago and was not overly impressed as it seemed to lack the speed to make it effective, this could be due to the age of the performer though.
There is some interesting shen fa being demonstrated though.
No comment on the other fella though

One of the move in particular is probably called Ling Mao Bu Shu, the agile cat seize the rat.
This is daqiang tech, aiming to break opp. armory gear in the war time, probably not one on one context, but fighting together with other shorter range weaponary.
I dont know wht this guy has done, but the article is informative, is good enough for me.
This should not be BTDT stuff.

the only one, that is still frequently used, is the last phrase. For instance, I often say it out loud after reading one of your postings.
