This post by him changed everything. I used to think it was just his martial art that was off, but thats the tip of the iceberg i think.

1. Dog seemed to be winning for the most part, except that the rooster didn't give up...
2. Poor puppy, it looked pretty surprised and hurt, but I guess with good rest it would be better...

Not sure about why the animals were fighting, it didn't look like they were being made to fight, or were they?

Doesn't seem very related to xingyi chicken, anyway, as the chickens just sort of jumped and clawed - I don't think there is a jumping and clawing chicken form...

WTF? I didn´t look at the vids - reading the descriptions makes Hamid´s promise above seem way, way overdue.

D.

Sarcasm. Oh yeah, like that´ll work.

After your comment I watched both the clips. If you think they are fun or good to put up here, something is wrong with you.

"Pussies." Interesting phrase.

Yeah there's nothing gory there or even unnatural, for that matter. Perfectly normal exchange between animals... A lion catching and eating an antelope on the Discovery channel is a lot "gorier" and more "violent" than this.

My personal problem with it is that, a), whoever was filming it could (and should) have separated them, but didn't; that makes me think it was set up. They are not wild animals, neither of them, so that's fucked up right there, it's enticement of animal cruelty for nothing more than amusement...

And b), if you can't recognize that (a) is a problem, and post it online, esp. as an "illustration" to xin yi rooster (really?! ::)), then... well, not much to say here. :-X

I watched the vid,

I didnt like it but the puppy barked up the wrong tree and got his ass handed to him. The puppy lived, the rooster protected his coop and everyone walked away happy - Ive seen worse in real life!

Humans have become so sensitive and desensitized its unbelievable to me.

I dunno man, I didn't notice the puppy's happiness... he walked away limping, looked to me like he got really hurt there...

That's a strange word combination... :-/

Animals fight all the time...its not about them. Its about standing in the sidelines, choosing to get it on cam, and then choosing to share it on a board, with a really lame excuse to go with it.

Meeks, that statement was incredibly credible.

As for the clip...well, if you enjoy that... you go ahead and do that.
I'll refrain.

Incidentally, how can one be both sensitive and desensitised at the same time?
