P.S. It looks like the dummy was always to far away, and once did not follow instructions right and hit Bos in the ribs, I wonder if that can work if you don't know where the punch is coming ahead of time ?
Yes that type of defense works very well when you don't know where the punch is coming ahead of time. I frequently use those techniques.
