Thats interesting. I dont believe that the video is fake or trickery as most such videos are dismissed. Even if it may not have much combat value according to modern martial artists, it may still be true. Du Xinwu was also known to be immensely light and agile and there are lots of legends about him among martial artists.

Wasn't really immediately, there was a good second between the stomp and the block falling. I can honestly say that the demo of empty force here is one of the more intriguing ones I have seen. Of course it could be faked, no video is proof of anything. However the guy standing on the bucket is very impressive no matter which way you look at it. I was hoping he would step too but I still thought it was impressive.

Of course it was faked.

Deus' observation is accurate, it took a second for it to fall over, but the whole stamping thing reeks fakeness. If you need foot stamping to generate power, I would expect it to be immediately transmitted. And also it's fake just on its face, but I am impressed by the basket standing.

I refuse to make a judgment on if this demonstration was faked or not. For one, I do not know everything that is possible or impossible in this world. And secondly I wasn't there. I will say it is interesting and leave it at that.
