Keeping a somewhat horizontal level - nope
Knee alignment - nope
Kua coordinaion- nope
Open/close - nope
Tucking in hips -nope
Opening and closing in every moment - nope
Whole body movement - Nope
Breathing through the nose - nope
Coordinating breath - nope
Breathing - hardly none at all. He holds his breath and gets exhausted.

Oh my.... And he calls this "Proper" way of doing the yang form and then tries to sell DVDs. It's revolting, really. I can't find another word to describe it.

but his theory he expounds is way ahead of what he can show in his form.

Usually, ima begins with having form and advance to no form. this is the
usual progression. what is the meaning of no form? it means you are full
natural. like one having breakfast or dinner, you do not need, use or adopt
any form, it's just eating.

but you cannot feel the power if you do not adopt the form.

now you have a problem.
how do you have strength/power/force with no form?
you need to do zhanzhuang.

About top being empty and legs having strentgh? He has no clue about wtf he is talking about. He is completely rigid. There's no rooting and the arms moving by themselves.

There's a restaurant close to me, newly opened. They do "asian" dishes without having a clue about asian cooking. Their bibimbap or stir fry dishes has no resemblance to any genuin dish. The taste and the presentation are all wrong. They don't even have most basic cooking skills. This is how I feel about Mace. He has just looked at a few vids, taking a few ingredients here and there and put things together without having the slightest formal training or any kind of foundation. It's weird. And the funny thing about that reastaurant as well is that it's going well and have many "followers".... It's all quite ridiculous.

I know a cat that started eating real food. After that he never ate cat food again. He would rather starve than eat it.
