I wouldn't be so sure about the Republican Congress consistently aligning itself with Mr. Trump and, vice-versa. Remember, he was never a registered Republican, until he decided to run for the Presidency. Mr. Trump will prove himself to not be a Republican Party team player and will, likely, piss off the Republican leadership. I've got a sneaky suspicion that the Republicans will turn on Mr. Trump for their "golden boy", Pence. Republicans will eat their own, for the benefit of the Party. Another old saying to keep in mind: Administrations come and go but, the government boys and girls always remain. The Donald is not a government boy.

I meant the exact opposite. It's not clear that the Republican establishment wants the same things that Trump does apart from repealing the ACA. My point was that they will establish whatever eventually goes across his desk to sign. I wasn't disagreeing.
