That snake-rock worshipping that went on there prior 10,000 BCE tells about their sex obsession
Dr. Bradford Keeney calls it "impersonal eroticism" - so it's more like sensuality - when we say "sex" in the West we assume that means ejaculation. The San Bushmen had all the males train in permanent psychophysiological transformation - to have spiritual healing - the Lower Tan T'ien has to be built up first by visualizing fire at the base of the spine - just as kundalini literally means fire in the earth (sacrum).
So we want to call it "culture" but rather the complementary opposites - as the females sleeping on the left side of the fire and the males on the right - this extends to everything in reality just as with yin and yang - and so all the males had to train in "staying power" through trance dancing based on the females singing.
So the music, as I quoted, is older than any language separation - so the Eland Bull dance spiritual training of the females at first menstruation - this goes back to 70,000 years ago - this is the N/om energy - the female at first menstruation is identified with the male Eland Bull since the male bull has the most fat around the heart - and the fat is the source of the N/om, just as the fat is the source of the jing - the cholesterol turning into the neurohormones.
So - Dr. Bradford Keeney has a good pdf on this - the Eland Bull dance ritual with the music as the same in the tribes with different dialects - that means this same spiritual "culture" is from before human language separated - and you pair that up with the snake N/om statute at the Male and Female Hills - dated back to 70,000 BCE - so yes this training is that old.
So it is not just going back to the origin of modern biological history - as those older archaeological remains that left AFrica - did not survive or returned to AFrica. It was the migration of the San Bushmen that spread around the world - around the time of the Mt. Toba supervolcano explosion - but this Eland Bull dance ritual is actually the psychophysiological activation of the First Creation - that's why it's called a rainbow snake as the dream time for the Australian Aborigines - it is from the SAn Bushmen culture.

Bradford Keeney, ... Hillary Keeney, ... The Ju/'hoan Bushman origin myth is depicted as providing a contextual ... The latter is regarded as Second Creation.
So this ritual, again, is the Eland Bull ritual with the same music in different tribes in different dialects of the San Bushmen - which means these tribes separated genetically before the dialects separated and yet the music was the same from the original tribe - with the same ritual dance meaning.
The Ju/’hoan Bushman origin myth is depicted as providing a contextual frame that orchestrates and gives meaning to their puberty rites, storytelling, and healing dance. These performances are shown to be an enactment of a reentry from Second into First Creation, the latter an imagined time when the original people could change into animals, communicate with all living forms, and have eternal life without sickness. Here n/om, or the presumed vitality of life, change, and creation, is infused into the community. Empowerment of adolescent passage into adulthood, renewal of mythological potency, enhancement of community relations, and healing of sickness take place inside the performances that dramatize reentry into First Creation. Bushman religion and ceremonial life are shown to highlight the importance of experiences that enact the way changing forms are given primacy over any subsequent naming or indication that stills movement. The latter is regarded as Second Creation. This recurrent passage between First and Second Creation sets the stage for Bushman transformative experience.

So the pdf link is
https://nsuworks.nova.edu/cgi/viewconte ... ontext=tqrSo Dr. Bradford Keeney is the only person outside the San Bushmen to be recognized as a master healer within the San Bushmen community. He was a psychology professor but his grandfather was a minister and Keeney had this spiritual kundalini awakening when he was late in high school - and so he traveled around the world studying shamanism and then now he is focused on the San Bushmen healing.
So they describe how for the male - he bleeds to be like the female at first menstruation since she has the strongest N/om. So just as females are yang internally for Daoist alchemy - the male trains also also be yang internally like a female having her pineal gland synchronized with the lunar energy.
So this is a permanent psychophysiological transformation due to deep right side vagus nerve activation - and the N/om energy has to be transferred into the young male - by the older males or female healers.
That pdf says - the intestine is considered the body part to have the most N/om - this is precisely the same as the small intestine storing the energy of the lower tan t'ien in Daoist alchemy, as I cite in my Idiot's Guide pdf.
So the pdf says - how when a healer is full of Nom then he can no longer speech and so has to sing. The healing songs have meaningless words - the point being that this energy is from before human language developed.
So the whole culture is a psycho-physiological transformation based on the males training in "staying power" due to the sacred female N/om energy - and based on the females singing and dancing - from before their human language ever developed different dialects. The sacred N/om snake energy is therefore the core of their culture - and is indeed ancient.
