Physical conditioning for IMA?

The following typical threads that plague martial arts sites will get moved here if not just deleted: 1 - My style is better than Your style" - 2 - "Internal & External" - 3 - Personal attacks - 4 - Threads that start well, but degenerate into a spiral of nonsense.

the really annoying part is that - thru the magic of you-tube - we get to see all these shmoes just 'cause they think they are worth it
suggestion:
go to Wudan Shan, get in killer shape, learn some skill, train hard put in the time & - this is KEY - AFTER you have accomplished this - write about it so we can all benefit from your experience

that'll be pregnancy ruled out then...

On an unrelated side note, it looks like I'm going to be working in a no-cook vegetarian restaurant. Interesting stuff, that.

Well, Mix's penchant for eating healthy is well-known, and quite obvious. :)

Bar: yeah man, I'm a vegetarian (almost wrote vaginaterian lol) and I have even been vegan in the past, but only eating raw is really bad for you. I have raw friends and they are like total waifs with no muscle tone and look quite sick. Its not a good lifestyle and its also a cult. Raw foodism is basically run by one dude who sells all the shit you need to eat that way and be "healthy". He holds retreats to "empower" (brain wash) people with the raw lifestyle. Its bad. Very bad. :-\
