this wasn't the "glow" you're talking about. i've seen the glow around trees when meditating. this was just like a low burning flame of a soldering torch. it was blue, and about an inch to an inch and a half tall. it was at the point between my two middle fingers on the palm [underside of my knukles]. i remember it clearly although it was saturday morning...i was i awe of it. it was as if my chi was concentrated at this point in time.

a friend of mine can see auras (supposedly), and once I was at a BBQ and, just playing with my taichi grasp the sparrows tail drill, really small, just rotating my hands around a ball basically, focusing on that. he came over to me a few secs after I stopped and said he saw an intense white-blue light in a ball btwn my hands. that's about all I have ever done like this.
