There is a book about him called the Magus of Java. It was writtin by a student of his who saw the original documentary in the 1980s and then sought him out for martial arts training. The book has stories of his master and his grandmaster as well. The book is a good read but I must say I was always very cautious as to putting too much stock in it. Actually seeing footage is completely different and makes me think twice.

I believe the authors name is Costa Danaos.

I just wanted to make a note that B_Diniz has posted a lot of LKJ demo's and the like in the main video section and even said they were BTDT but not actually put them here.
Seems like mild trolling to me. >:(
