It's really, really easier than it looks, to embed Youtube videos on Rum Soaked Fist. It's so easy it's confusing, because the board software generates the arglebargle you would ordinarily need to paste in.
Press the "youtube" button at the upper right of the "post a reply" screen. This produces a pair of [youtube]bracketed tags[/youtube] . Paste in the URL of the video in between the tags and watt-tah! Instant tube fu.

I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.
