Ah, the Yak.

The following typical threads that plague martial arts sites will get moved here if not just deleted: 1 - My style is better than Your style" - 2 - "Internal & External" - 3 - Personal attacks - 4 - Threads that start well, but degenerate into a spiral of nonsense.

Treacherous, deceitful people need to be monitored with extreme caution, since they are usually only friendly and amiable when seeking to take advantage of others dishonestly for personal gain of some kind. :-\

People who have little or no personal integrity to recommend them can generally only feel important and powerful by interacting negatively with others. Very sad! :(

I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.

There'll be plenty of time for Zen when the senility kicks in.

Speaking of "mossy cleft" ... I think I dated her, just once, when I was young and foolish.
