I really like CLF - it doesn't care it you're internal or external - it's gonna mess you up just the same ;D

I get the feeling that a lot of those high and spinning kicks towards the end come from Northern Shaolin, which is often trained alongside the Buk Sing style due to friendships between masters past (Tam Sam and Ku Yu Chang). At least there are no high kicks in the Buk Sing I know.

All these "style vs. style" things are ridiculous IMO. It's not like you're comparing clones who had the exact same amount of training with the exact same quality of teachers...
There are plenty of other karate guys who would wipe the floor with other CLF guys, so what.

It's always "man vs. man", not "art vs. art". Always.

same feeling here - the internal/external rhetoric just ended at Red Tee's forearm strike at ard 3:40

Still, it's always nice seeing the flavour of the art come out in sparring. I'm sure it's been selectively edited so show the good CLF bits and none of the good Karate bits :)
