I know that Adam Mizner isn't popular around here, but I think that as far as demo videos go this one isn't bad. I don't think the pushy trips work very well in a live setting versus someone who has a basic knowledge of wrestling or clinching, however his parries and strikes look solid. I like the ankle pick/ knee compression takedown he shows at 0:21, however that is a pretty risky way to enter (he's very open to a sprawl and guillotine).

The trouble with Mizner isn't his actual martial arts and meditative skills. Those are decent.

It's all of his other issues (personal, professional, ethical, etc.) that make him someone not worth promoting. It's not 1985 where there were half a dozen people with decent skills who were openly teaching. Plenty of people who are equally skilled, or better, are readily available. Some people aren't worth dealing with. Mizner is one of those.

Many on this site seem to have a penchant for pointing out those who are successful at what they do and then denigrating it. Somehow finding this more interesting than actually talking about the merits of the work or what's going on.

Interesting enough one can find other teachers doing the same things looked on in a different way because they are favored. Like many of the things that mr. Menzer talks about demos.

Having said this he does have a background in other arts which seems to influence his application usage in real time. This creates a disconnect between it and his demos were what is shown is not the same as what people are expecting to see put to use.

It should be mentioned there are other teachers some favor on this site who also do the same thing.

Their demo and theroy does not reflect actual usage.
