She is belittling herself when she says that it was much easier back then. But maybe it's good trying to stay humble and she makes a great impression in the interview. All the right reasons for a father to be proud.

I define internal martial art as unusual muscle recruitment and leave it at that. If my definition is incomplete, at least it is correct so far as it goes.
