Interesting right

One difficulty when comparing countries' exports in this area is gaining access to data, with little information available after 2016.

Wonder why,,,maybe optics?

Top ten countries according to value of licences issued

It's hypocritical to claim to be Christian yet do everything counter to anything Jesus taught.
In the US, it's not hypocritical to put money above Christian principles because money is the real God. It's on the currency.

an even more hilarious position would be to pretend that you are actually satanic and then be scrupulously ethical, humble, and loving-kind...

All countries are more or less the same. Sweden's former Prime Minister Olof Palme who was shot to death 1986 was loved by many as well as hated. He was recognised as a great "Peacemaker", but still he sold weapons to different countries.

I didn't mean to comment "Americans", only political hypocrisy. But as you mention Swedes, yes Swedes are very nationalistic and self-confident and indeed believe they are a moral people living in one of the world's greatest countries. Also they close their eyes and ears when it comes to Swedish involvement in certain international things. Hypocrisy is just as big over here.

....

BTW, worry for the post, I should stay out of politics. I have deleted it. Didn't mean to offend anyone or to attack. By having certain reactions, I am sad to see that some people took it personally. But in any case I won't blame anyone for being sensitive, if so it's all my own fault. I should know better.

LOL!

So since someone has no argument and the GOP is clearly divided and the same Trump supporters would be whigging out if Obama took no action because he did business with the Saudis "this person" attacks Sweden.

Yeah, good luck with that. You lost any credibility you had long ago.

Funny how these Trump supporters who were always talking about Sharia law coming "here" are now supporters of Sharia law.

What Trump (& Brexit) shows me is that some people's "first world" lives are so miserable they actually believed a failed businessman and phony reality TV star would make their lives "great again."

I really wouldn't worry about it. We are all adults here and anyone who clicks this thread after reading the title has to know that they will read opinions from people who disagree with them.

Unfortunately I missed your post but I do find it funny that one would criticize Sweden but wouldn't dare criticize Trump. For me all parties should be making changes.

The US supports the mass slaughter of Yemenis yet turn on the news here and you wouldn't even know that this is happening. I am thankful for social media that we can find out these things even though they will sometimes offend some people but I hate Facebook and prefer to have nothing to do with them because they use offensive and divisive comments to get people to stay on Facebook like the news "when it bleeds, it leads."

But no apologies are necessary here if someone doesn't want to hear other people's comments on a journalist having his fingers and toes cut off while still alive, then his head and limbs and his body completely drained of vlood like an animal at slaughterhouse while his fiancee waits outside then they shouldn't click this.
