Apologies if this has been posted before - came across an interesting documentary which mainly features teachers from the Wu (Hao) style of taiji around Handan / Yongnian:
Part 2 features interesting demonstrations of short fajin from shoulders / back / dantian etc by famous Hao style teachers like Qiao Songmao, Zhong Zhenshan etc
Part 3 features several minutes of push hands demonstration by Zhai Weichuan and Yang Shutai (who is IIRC a Hao style teacher from Xingtai), personally think Yang demonstrates v good 'sticking' (nian jin) skill in this one.
Should be of interest to anyone who practices this style, and actually a lot of what they say about push hands theory is applicable across styles.
