I am really interested in this book, but like to have some additional information.
Could you post the table of contents, please?

I must confess that I'm highly biased as Serge is my teacher (this month for 20 years), but yet again he shows his excellence in putting somewhat difficult and esoteric material into easy understanding. He can elaborate clearly on concepts that are usually vaguely explained such as Qi, neigong, waigong, internal martial arts etc. and how things are explained, used and trained in our tradition.

This book is a very good read, for anyone curious about the Da Xuan method of boxing or just the internal arts in general.

In case you are unfamiliar with Eddie Mush, he was the character in the movie "A Bronx Tale" who was a total jinx. He had a perfect track record of losing every bet he ever placed as well as jinxing everyone around him.

What is Da Xuan Qi Gong in Chinese, is it related to xuān yuán huáng dì 轩辕皇帝, (Xuan Yuan Emperor, 2717 BC – 2599 BC)?
