Great sequence/ workout!

Did you make the bag yourself, and how much does it weigh?

Thanks for sharing,
Greg

Thanks, Greg. It's a homemade bag. First I made the bag and then filled it with sand. I don´t know how much it weighs.

Yes some nice variations on exercises I learned
Don't put power into the form let it naturally arise from the form

Thanks for posting those. We learned a few of those from my Chen teacher who used to do Baguazhang. I'd completely forgotten about them until seeing your video. I'll see if I can find them in my notes and I'll take them up again.

Any opinion on the Bulgarian bag?

It's filled with 9kgs of iron sand and we use it to strengthen our grip... its quite taxing on the fingers believe me, but after sometime training with this your grip is really gonna take some strength to break

The bulgarian bag is an excellent tool. You can use it just like the a big baguazhang bag (10 kilos).
But the grip of baguazhang's bag is more unpredictable, especially if you throw it and grab it again.
