I still do my changquan form(s) that I remember or add postures that I can remember. NO doubt there is a health aspect when dome for x period of time to burn excess body fat and warm body with the activity.

I have tried the Taiji form too. But I don't like the slow motion, it takes too much time to make my heart to beat fast. I need more challenge than just the slow Taiji movement.
I did 100 reps on this drill yesterday. This is the kind speed that I like to maintain.
