Ah yeah this looks great - the stuff I need to work on - my feet are sore from soccer and methinks I'm just not quite strong enough. Thanks a lot.

ended up following some ballet exercises instead. probably nobody beats the dancers in terms of foot strength/mobility and exercises/warmups for them. it seems weird the MA and soccer/football worlds don't borrow from them for feet work.
