Good home cardio/strength system?

Postby aiasthewall on Thu Mar 26, 2020 3:19 pm

We are shelter in place so I can't do bjj. Any good recommendations for programs that have both cardio and strength building? No equipment. There's a lots of noise out there.

Thanks!

You can use a stool to do step work. Try this. You don't need his equipment.

lol, that's really not a bad plan.

if you could use equipment, how about kb swings and turkish getups? would be silent. if you don't have a kettlebell, you can devise some kind of substitute.
