I've always felt that analyzing Xinyi movements and techniques are very beneficial in terms of deepening one's understanding of Xingyi. The dragon shape demonstrated in this video, for example, is similar to Xingyi's Pao Chuan.

His Xinyi is very beautiful bc of his shoulder joint movements is unique,
I believe this is called 骨肉分離~ and at higher lever, the bone frame is like clothe hanger hanging the external muscle sheets and Hong Yixiang I also believe had achieved that.
