Using rope by Muaythai, it’s heavier, for 10-15 mins, if train in the gym will also jump on tire for another 10 mins.
Mainly for cardio but also baseline explosiveness.

I learnt my skipping rope from Ajarn Sagat, few pointers:
1, Elbow tuck near ribs 手不離肋
2,Small Head movements of head up and down 拳打落意隨足走
3,I can’t do it yet but each lift of foot with intentions of kneeing
