I heartily recommend Byron Jacobs' Ten Minute Primer video series for baguazhang--for those people with interest in any style or system of baguazhang, or in effective martial movement generally. The clarity and detail of the content, and the professional quality of the production, are superb. Byron trained the Liang Zhenpu system of baguazhang with skilled teachers. Of note, LZP baguazhang was taught and trained as part of the curriculum for Beijing Public Security Bureau officers at least through the 1990s--meaning the skills were considered relevant and effective for law enforcement and security professionals. It's good to see such a detailed and comprehensive exposition of the basic training and skills.
