Question for those who can read Chinese (Japanese?)

Can anyone tell what this says? A friend was asking...

TIA!

P. S. I was told it's a writing on a small old statue of a man with a hatchet on his belt carrying a bundle of sticks on his back.

...so, of course I couldn't help but look up the characters in your answer Bao. :-) The 'sheng' character checks out, but the other two (xin/hsing and long/lung) appear quite different...(?) I realize it's calligraphy and there's a lot of leeway there in how they're drawn (and I have zero expertise here), but was wondering if they could be some other characters, maybe?

It's apparently a writing on an old statuette of a man with a hatchet on his belt carrying a bundle of sticks on his back.

Yes, it is true that the first character is more strict and doesn’t really match the more loose artistic “grass style” of the two other characters. Grass style is a cursive, artistic and personal style which binds the strokes together and simplifies the characters.

It seems to be about an extended car warranty.

I agree with Bao. Looks like it's a name. I did some googling and there are some old Japanese tales with a similar name.

At first, my friend from China said the same thing Bao did. Then after further questioning, they said it may be someone's name.

Maybe I made a mistake. I’ve found search results on 盛兴龙, so the second character might be 兴 instead of 心. Then it might be either a food supplier in Guilin or from a Chinese mobile game “Dragon City”, 盛兴龙城. I suspect it might be the name of the city in the mobile game due to the style of the characters.
