At the 15.03 mark - pigua single posture pai da training and later incorporated into the 2nd from form the Li Shuwen/Liu Yunqiao line.

Although it is not explicit in the clip below the application is one of Ta Zhang - collapsing palm - you lead with the fingers and the palm follows (collapse after finger tips strike) You learn to generate the power of the strike from the waist although I have never seen it trained as illustrated in the posted clip.

Interestingly, raw and lethal martial systems tend to be associated with breakdancing and the expression of native/indigenous arts.
Capoeira and breakdancing is another example. They seem simple and exotic enough but are lethal in the proper hands!
