Although I don't practise it, the form (especially the rhythm and footwork) seem somewhat reminiscent of the baji I have seen that was passed down from Li Yuanzhi. (I have seen this referred to as Li style...not to be confused with Li Shuwen, of course).
I believe Li Yuanzhi's main teacher (for baji/pigua) was Ma Yingtu. As to the pigua, I have never seen any of his style, so I can't say whether that would confirm this supposition.
