The HongKong Wu style tai chi branch should be pretty awesome from what little video I have seen of them.
Looks like they are really good at pushhands/wrestling (I hate to differentiate the two, but I think they do make the distinction that their ph is not wrestling, even though it does share some similarities with it). :)

May try Master Cliff Lok. He teaches LHBF and is the head coach of HK G4 Securicor and Airport Security.
Spar before talk. BTW, spar =/= fight.

Cliff Lok is LHBF but he first learned hop gar under ng yim ming. Also look up Lung Wah

Taki at Kowloon BJJ is very good... his BJJ and Judo are top quality.
