Echoed much of our practice in Beijing,,not much talk about "qi" and such... lots of practice allowing one to feel effects that can not be achieved with out it.
Indeed, for those using or having developed it, it can be quite scary / unsettling / when encountered...

Another good one Form has its place or it wouldn’t be there Agree on animals Work out what the student needs and teach him the animals it takes to get him there However someone needs to practice them all or the will become extinct
Don't put power into the form let it naturally arise from the form
