I posted these clips for insights as to how one might want to structure a martial arts class - very similar to how GM Liu Yunqiao described his experiences when he learned 6 Harmony Mantis - at times we once structured a taijiquan class along similar lines.
These clips are close to how my first praying mantis classes were structured at about 1988 or so - Up and down 75 yard backyard - initially we did in-place neigong warmups - then sets of kicks - then these single moving postures of various mantis forms (we learned 18 in total - 3 sets of 6 different postures) - two person apps and then first form of 8 step praying mantis called 7 Hands and then Li Pi - the clips really brought back the memories LOL
